This Policy describes how personal data are processed and protected when using the Anna Kolomietc website and communicating by email. Effective date: 18 September 2026.

This Policy applies to information voluntarily sent to the Controller and to technical data required for the operation and security of the website.
2. Personal data that may be processed
Email communications may contain a name, email address, telephone number, organization and position, the substance of an inquiry, attached documents, and other information the sender chooses to provide.
When the website is visited, the IP address, browser and device type, date and time, pages visited, technical logs, and necessary cookies may be processed automatically.
The Controller does not intentionally request special categories of personal data or biometric data through the website.
3. Purposes of processing
Data are processed to respond to an inquiry, assess relevant expertise and possible conflicts of interest, discuss and enter into an engagement, perform agreed work, maintain billing and accounting records, comply with legal duties, and operate and secure the website.
Marketing communications are sent only with the recipient's separate consent.
4. Legal grounds
Processing is based on Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 on Personal Data, steps requested by the data subject before entering into a contract, performance of a contract, the Controller's legal duties, consent where required, and the exercise of rights and legitimate interests subject to protection of the data subject's rights.
5. Processing and disclosure
The Controller may collect, record, organize, accumulate, store, update, use, disclose, restrict, delete, and destroy data by automated and non-automated means.
Access is limited to persons who need the data for the relevant purpose. Data may be disclosed to hosting and email providers, professional advisers bound by confidentiality, and public authorities where required by law.
Personal data are not sold or used for behavioral advertising.
6. Retention and deletion
Data are retained for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose, performance of an engagement, and mandatory record-retention periods. Data are deleted or anonymized when the purpose is fulfilled, the legal basis ends, or a valid request is received, unless continued retention is required by law.
7. Data security
The Controller applies legal, organizational, and technical measures proportionate to the nature of the data and processing risks, including access controls, account protection, confidentiality measures, and safeguards against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
8. Technical data and external resources
The website uses only technical resources required to display pages and maintain security. Advertising analytics and visitor profiling are not used as of the effective date of this Policy.
Certain elements, including web fonts, may be loaded from third-party servers. The provider may receive standard browser request data. Processing by that provider is governed by its own terms and privacy documents.
9. Cross-border transfers
The Controller does not specifically arrange cross-border transfers of personal data. If a transfer becomes necessary for a selected communication channel or the performance of an engagement, it is carried out after the requirements of Russian law have been met.
10. Data subject rights
A data subject may request information about processing, ask for correction, restriction, or deletion, withdraw consent, object to processing where grounds exist, and submit a complaint to Roskomnadzor or a court.
Requests may be sent to the Controller's email address and should contain information sufficient to identify the requester and the relevant communication.
11. Changes to this Policy
The Controller may update this Policy when the website, processing practices, or applicable law changes. A new version takes effect when published on this page unless it states another effective date.
The English version is provided for convenience. If the two versions differ, the Russian version prevails.
